This California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") disclosure supplements my Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. I adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

LovableTools is operated by Raakkan (Sankar) as an individual sole operator based in Tamil Nadu, India. I provide free online utility tools at lovabletools.com to users worldwide, including California residents. 8. How to Submit a CCPA Request

To submit a verifiable consumer request to exercise your CCPA rights, please contact me through my website. Please indicate "CCPA Request" in your message and specify which right you wish to exercise.

I will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. In some cases, I may need an additional 45 days (90 days total); I will notify you if this is the case. I may need to verify your identity before processing your request by asking you to provide information consistent with what I have on file.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. I will require written proof of authorization.

9. Shine the Light (California Civil Code § 1798.83)

California residents may request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under California's "Shine the Light" law. LovableTools does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

10. Changes to This CCPA Policy

I reserve the right to update this CCPA Policy at any time. I will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date.
