I will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. In some cases, I may need an additional 45 days (90 days total); I will notify you if this is the case. I may need to verify your identity before processing your request by asking you to provide information consistent with what I have on file.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. I will require written proof of authorization.

California residents may request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under California's "Shine the Light" law. LovableTools does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
