LovableTools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects my users to do the same. Designated Copyright Agent

Name: Raakkan (Sankar)

Organization: LovableTools

Submit notices via: Contact Form (select "General Inquiry" and include "DMCA Notice" in the subject)

1. What Content Can Be Subject to a DMCA Notice?

LovableTools is primarily a provider of online utility tools. Content that may be subject to a DMCA takedown notice includes:

  • Blog posts or written content that reproduces your copyrighted material without permission.
  • User-generated content (polls, collections) that infringes your copyright.
  • Images, graphics, or other media on my site that you own the copyright to.
  • Tool outputs that systematically reproduce copyrighted works (e.g., if a tool is used to generate, copy, or distribute your protected content at scale).

Note: Mere use of my tools (text editors, converters, etc.) by third parties to process content does not constitute infringement by LovableTools. I are not responsible for how users choose to use the output of my general-purpose tools.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on LovableTools infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice. Under DMCA § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

1

Identification of the Copyrighted Work

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.

2

Identification of the Infringing Material

A description of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to allow me to locate it on my website. Include the specific URL(s) where the infringing material is located.

3

Your Contact Information

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address so I can contact you.

4

Good Faith Statement

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5

Accuracy Statement

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

6

Physical or Electronic Signature

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Submit your notice through my contact form. I will review and respond to valid notices promptly, typically within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Misrepresentation Warning

Under DMCA § 512(f), any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by me or my users.

3. Counter-Notification

If content you posted was removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was made in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must be in writing and include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which LovableTools may be found).

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, I may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, it is my policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at my sole discretion. I may also limit access to my website for any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is a repeat infringement.

5. Trademark Infringement

If you believe content on LovableTools infringes your trademark rights, please submit a notice following a similar procedure to the DMCA notice described above (via my contact form), identifying the infringing content and your trademark rights. Trademark disputes are not governed by the DMCA but will be addressed in good faith.

6. Changes to This DMCA Policy

I reserve the right to update this DMCA Policy at any time. Current policy will always be available at this URL.
